- 3.Turn on the bluetooth again to search for the new device"iLamp" and click on the connection from the phone settings-bluetooth.
- 4.Please tell us if you still can't find the bluetooth device after operating above steps.
- 5.Note: We recommend you to use other music apps on your phone to play music.If you use the music function in our app "i-lamp" to play music, please download the music firstly, import it to the playlist and then play it .In our app, you can't play online music directly because of copyright issues.Thanks for understanding.
Wiring problems.
- 1. There are two power cables can be connected randomly.There is no distinguish on the neutral wire and live wire.
- 2.Our lights are dimmable, so it is forbidden to install dimmer switch with our lights,otherwise it will affect the normal use.
What if you can't download our app by scanning the QR code on our manual?
- 1.We have 3 APPs, ilight, i-lamp and ilight pro. We generally recommend you to download the app "i-lamp".But if the i-lamp is not available, you can try to download the other two apps.
- 2.If you can't download the app through the QR code we provided, you can search our app name "i-lamp" in the Apple Store or Google Play to download it.
Can I listen to the music with the light off?
- Of course.The bluetooth speaker is independent with the light.
- You can turn off the light by the remote control or APP and the bluetooth speaker can work as usual.
